I am Paola Baharav, an Adlerian Parent Educator, Transformational Coach, and Mindfulness Teacher passionate about empowering children, parents, and teachers to thrive.
Through one-on-one and group mindfulness sessions, we help kids and teens build emotional regulation, focus, and self-awareness, while our Adlerian Parent Education equips parents with transformative skills and tools for deeper connection and positive growth within their families.

We offer inspiring workshops designed to support teachers in reigniting their passion and nurturing their professional growth. Blending storytelling, hands-on activities, and reflective exercises, our sessions spark self-awareness, renewed energy, and an inspired approach to teaching—helping schools foster a motivated, thriving educational community

Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a way of living and knowing how to be in the present with the intention to cultivate awareness, and by being curious, kind, compassionate, and non-judgmental to whatever is happening to us at that moment.
The practice of mindfulness benefits kids in a positive way by impacting their lives and well-being. The earlier we teach mindfulness, the more potent kid's opportunity is to develop skills of resilience and hasten their maturation process.

Adlerian Parent Education
As parents, we encounter many challenges, often causing us to feel alone, guilty, and hopeless.
I guide and support parents through Adlerian Parent Education and a mindfulness approach,
helping them obtain the education and skills needed to build better communication and understanding of their child's behavior. This work results in feeling more connected to them and creating a balanced, respectful, joyful, and calm relationship that nourishes and supports them.
