Through private, personalized sessions, you will develop self-awareness, learn to be more consistent, and set clear boundaries. You will also practice mindful communication and acquire practical tools to better understand your children's behaviors. Over time, these sessions will help you and your children experience a more balanced and harmonious relationship, fostering a supportive and nurturing family environment.

My one-on-one sessions are designed for kids and teens who are curious and willing to experience the benefits
of mindfulness. This empowering journey is private and customized for your kid's needs and personality.
 
Experiential Private Sessions for Parents & Kids

In these experiential private sessions for parents and kids, you and your children will have the unique opportunity to bond and explore the practice of mindfulness together. These sessions are designed to introduce you to mindfulness through engaging activities such as breathing exercises and sound exploration. By participating in these practices, you will not only enhance your own mindfulness skills but also create a shared experience that strengthens your connection with your kid, fostering a deeper, more present, and harmonious relationship.
