Mindfulness For Kids

Experiential One-On-One Sessions for Kids

My one-on-one sessions are designed for kids and teens who are curious and willing to experience the benefits
of mindfulness. This empowering journey is private and customized for your kid's needs and personality.
Experiential Private Sessions for Parents & Kids

In these experiential private sessions for parents and kids, you and your children will have the unique opportunity to bond and explore the practice of mindfulness together. These sessions are designed to introduce you to mindfulness through engaging activities such as breathing exercises and sound exploration. By participating in these practices, you will not only enhance your own mindfulness skills but also create a shared experience that strengthens your connection with your kid, fostering a deeper, more present, and harmonious relationship.
The development and practice of these skills result in helping kids become more focused
and resilient, enabling them to attune their emotions, relate to themselves and others, feel happier and less stressed.

“If your emotional abilities aren't in hand, if you don't have self-awareness
if you are not able to manage your distressing emotions-if, you can't have empathy and have effective relationships,
then no matter how smart you are, you are not going to get very far."
- Daniel Goleman
